I didn’t blow it yesterday. I ate NOT according to my plan. I have to log my yesterday’s food crimes shortly 😆
I did however stick to my commitment of going to the gym 2 x week, 2 weeks straight.
No workout or workouts trump overeating. Still have to control my calories
I am happy with a 6.6 lb loss since my return to FS 11 days back.
