Missed weigh in yesterday due to overnight in Telford. Schedule out of window this week, too much food & drink, not much training. Now Deb thinks I've got a cold!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
