Okay. 48 hours 5 lb+ gain. Uh huh. I have decided to change it up some. I have been moderately depressed lately, I really shouldnt be things have been good, I mean I haven't been losing weight but that is no reason to feel badly about myself. I am basing how I feel about myself about what i see on the scale way way too much and I am weighing myself obsessively. So I am toning it down to twice a week. Friday and Monday. Friday to see progress during the week and Monday to keep me on top of things for the weekend. Hoping this improves my mood and I remember I am working for how I feel not a number on the scale.
