A long journey from originally 195lbs 3 1/2 years ago. I still have a few lbs to my real weight loss goal but 155lb is satisfactory. Eating a few small meals a day compared to three and eating only when hungry is my way and about 2 hours a day of exercise ranging from yoga, cardio/weights, & dancing. It feels great and that is the best for me.
