Fasting Blood sugar 174 / weight 172.8 Did not get all my food recorded yesterday, but ate reasonably well. Out of one of my diabetic meds and can't order it early. Having issues with water retention and higher glucose readings. Began today with mocha coffee, no breakfast. Lunch: Mocha coffee, wheat toast and peanut butter.This evening celebrating 54th wedding anniversary at Red Lobster, our tradition for the last 30-some years.
