Massive KFC in Castleford last night after going to Evans Cycles. No wonder the weight is up. Still the trend is going down & today is this year's first game of golf, so let's burn those calories off!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
