I'm really please with what I've accomplished here so far (in the bulk). I'm up about five pounds since I hit what I felt was stable weight. (Not according to todays weigh in. Closer to 7, which is also acceptable.) My body fat has stayed at the same % through this time period. Since CBL seems to be working so well for me, I'm considering spending three weeks at a time on the bulk protocol, and then doing one week on the cut protocol. If I do that, I may be able to have a perpetual gain and even be more 'beach ready' come summer. I'd love to be under 10% come July. I've been at 12% for close to two months.

Thank you, Bella. It's all such a process of find out what works for yourself. In general CICO is a great starting point. If you can't hit your calorie goals, it doesn't matter how much fiddling you do to try and tweak it. It's like sailing a ship, if it's not moving you can't turn it in either direction. Maintenance is 'dead air'.
