Finding the strength to eliminate most meats except for chicken and fish from my diet. Still fighting the urge to drink coffee and soft drinks. To die to sugar is alot harder... So i am drinking more vitamin waters...And have completely laid off of fast food except for cheese pizza or vegetarian style....
