24.3% BF. I’m almost to goal! For that matter, I’m almost to my next goal of getting in the fitness range for body fat. I have to laugh at myself because part of the reason I’m showing a loss is because I weighed myself in the buff for the first time in a while 😂 from now on I think my goals will be fitness oriented, ie run a 10k again (on 4miles right now). Diet is leaving me hungry so I’m looking forward to hopefully eating a little more on maintenance. Have a happy and healthy day, FS friends!
