Mike's 40th last night. Big Indian meal, plus kebab on Saturday for Julie's 40th. No wonder the weight is fluctuating so much! I'm going to try to make March lean & mean (except for overnights & social events).
215.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
