haven't exercised... still not motivated... don't really have any friends who can help motivate me. Most of my friends don't let me get a word in edgewise.. and those who do don't really care. They are the type who just tell me I don't need to lose weight... And my boyfriend isn't really helping... I mean he's been helping me eat healthier when we eat together and is really proud of the progress that I have made.. but he's even less motivated than me when it comes to getting out of bed and exercising... I mean it would be nice if he just told me what to do next and was just there for me... I'm not asking him to exercise too. But oh well...
179.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

I can help you if you want. I'm kindof in the same boat. Our goal of weight loss is about the same. I workout @ home, just froze my gym membership. Do you go to the gym or work out @ home? Do you like outdoor exercising? My husband and I are both pretty healthy but I have decided to make a "no excuses" policy for myself regardless of what he is doing. Keep it simple works for me, trying to get motivated to do at least 30 min of exercise a day. Let me know if you want to try to lose the weight together :)
