Tw:21:36今晚狩獵🐗 胸部.肩部.手臂..12項 各2set. 每組15pcs. Ps.暖身橢圓機:2公里. 中胸負重維持不變..期於訓練部份..維持負重都調整.遞增負重..飲食:每日增加碳水150g....至月底量身圍在所調整 熱血..好嗨..還不夠!!!
152.3 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
