Another new low! but....the week-end! I'm really gonna try to hold it together. Eating at Mudcat Charlie's tonight -
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

AVOID Fried foods, potatoes and breads. Shrimp boiled have 7 calories per shrimp. Broiled Scallops have 35 cals each. You can pig out without gaining.
