All day sales meeting yesterday meant lots of snacking. This lead to continued snacking @ night time whilst football was on. Why does it make sense to eat @ the time & why allow it to happen when you know you'll be p*ssed off in the morning?
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
