猶豫了一個半小時最後還是決定更新最低體重的紀錄,今早上秤時本來數字停在47.0時想說跟昨早一樣平紀錄真是難得不再是一日曇花,沒想到數字最後又跳了一下最終停在46.9,應該是假像吧!?我已經有五個月左右的最低體重沒更新過,想一想還是更新讓自己快樂一下吧!雖然僅有0.1😝😝😆😆😆

沒,純屬睡不好,還沒到點就一直醒😰😰😰白天雖然可補眠但很少有好睡頭反而會痛😭😭😭
