Merci Karisoli ! Pour le moment je suis encore en plateau, je fluctue autour des 60,5kg donc j'essaie de pas trop porter attention aux variations 😉. A la fin de ce palier j'aurai atteint mon objectif et je serai à 60 voire en dessous, j'ai hâte 🤩 Ca devrait arriver la semaine prochaine si mes calculs sont bons 😊 Belle journée a toi 🌸
