well said I would take a break..but,dont have much to do..so went walking..Didnt do my fast pace tho..did 13450 steps..had an afternoon nap all tuckered out...I just love walking,it passes the time...getting cold out though....Christmas coming up,planning on baking a few cakes..now that's where the willpower comes in....see ya later fsf..
