on my way down again! yesterday did about 10000 steps. Thursday I did 20000 steps. My knees are starting to hurt so have to be careful...I need to change my goal but I will wait till i get closer to what is here now...
194.6 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
