Okay. I’ve been off of here for so long... even with quarantine and eating whatever I want and never leaving the house... I have managed to not completely let things get out of hand. But I’m feeling sluggish and need a reboot. Eating keto always helps me with that... so here I am back to tracking my food and staying motivated, healthy, accountable!
