My first setback in 12 weeks.....+0.5 kg(+1.1 lbs). Not happy at all. But I knew that one day it will happen. It's the result of my weakness, warm and sunny weather, few BBQ-s last week and also not exercising enough. Will definitely do better this week.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

throw in some chicken breast without eating the skin( criminal, I know) and you can keep having bbqs in the sun
