Didnt track 100% yesterday, but Im going to try to go back and add it all.
Didnt go to the gym yesterday, I stayed late at work to try and get caught up. Then I wanted to spend some time with my kid. Apparently another girl threw a water bottle at her face AND pulled her hair. I was expecting the worst from my kid but she took it pretty well. We did a little shopping and had a little "us" time. It was a really good night for us.
I have to say, I feel so much better today than I have lately. Ive been getting dizzy spells and headaches - in addition to just feeling so tired. Its nice to not feel crappy!
