focus's Journal, 16 June 2008

Well I wasn't going to weigh in this week because I've been so stressed out and eating emotionally which I know I need to stop. I thought I would give myself a week to get back on track but then when I got up this morning and saw the scale in the bathroom, I just had to get on, and even though its not what I'd like, its something, and I'm hoping by putting up that I only lost 0.6lb it will motivate me to get my butt in gear this week. There is alot of stress in my family right now due to an illness and I'm looking for ways to deal with it other than eating crap! That would be the easy thing to do.. I'm going to try to replace that urge with the urge to hop on my treadmill!
141.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.6 lb a week
