Wow, it's been awhile since I logged in. Yep, weight's back over 150 & I'm not happy about it. But this is the WORST time of year to try dieting, so my goal is to NOT GAIN ANYMORE WEIGHT this year. We'll see how that goes. Also, I've really fallen off the exercise wagon, and I'm starting to feel weaker as a result. At my age, I can't afford that, so hopefully I'll actually get to the gym tonight. Again, we'll see how that goes.
