宅媽,我的体脂紀錄 是不寫小數點之後,如果小數點之後是超過0.5 ,我就寫🔼,如果低於0.5 就寫🔽,然後⬆️和⬇️就是高和低。。 所以🔼🔽是數字,⬆️⬇️才是增減。。我還會量腰圍確認體脂,只是沒有紀錄,大概知道就可。。
