I don't think so! Ya, I worked out for 45 minutes, but it wasn't intense and I didn't sweat much. *Shrugs* Maybe I just peed it all out hahaha! Just goes to show low-carb high protetin works for this guy! It's all about ratios and timing, baby! Wahoo! 174 here I come!!

Closet burpees...LOL....I figured out I need my carbs but am now looking at keeping my net carbs under 100; so carbs minus fiber = my net carbs. Currently trying Net carbs 100 or under, protein above 100, and calories under 1200. And of course, my two second planks while watching burpees on the DVD !!
