I relaxed my focus about eating during a 3 day period of visiting and socializing Friday through Sunday. Even so, I tracked my intake and didn't throw caution to the wind completely. It's only Monday morning so the damage may not have settled in yet. I had a great time spending time with old friends and meeting new friends. I'm ready for the new week with renewed mindfulness of my diet, exercise and cravings. Have a wonderful week FS buddies.
