I was pretty bad this weekend ate at the pizza Ranch, and had people over for football game, ate more sweets then I should of have, then went to McDonalds tonight. It just sucks that I worked so hard and exercised and only lost 2.4 pounds, yes I lost, I know it was not overnight I gained the weight and it wont be overnight I loose it either.

Come On Dude...get back on track!! 2.4 was way to hard to lose to blow it on Pizza...sweets AND McDonalds...you went for BUST!!

You lost while eating pizza and McDonalds. I remember eating off the plan at the beginning and my body was shocked and I lost. It won't do this again>>>> he he. Keep up the good work.

Get back on plan. You can have pizza and McDonald's just order foods that are in the guide. Was it really worth it? How did you feel after you over indulged? If the guilt outweighs the gratification, maybe it wasn't worth it. Don't get me wrong, I've had my days when I've eaten off plan, but I give myself a little talking too and try to do better next time. Congratulations on your loss.
