Still in the 18's.. edema still in force, decided to add an arbitration/law suit to my stress levels... yayy me. Had dropped my cal intake to below 1000 cal/day, got stuck at 118kgs for the past month... am finding eating enough to get those extra few hundred calories is uncomfortable, within the restricted meal times I have established. Reviewing other members posts, I am learning a lot, and trying different methods. something will click, but I think part of this is my stomach issues, so that will be my main effort this week. Time for some drumming and then lunch.
