science experiment: day 1 results.. apparently my body type doesn't like overly restrictive diets.. so i ate everything my little heart desired yesterday with no thought of how many calories it was (although i did count them) and this morning that number on the scale finally dropped for the first time all week.. ..conclusion? ...we will continue monitoring the situation and collect more data ☺ but i am pleased.
