IDK what the heck...mostly carbs and sugar are to blame, and messing around with my window, but glad that I went back down so fast... only 3 more and I will be at mini-goal#1. I have a race in two weeks...I would REALLY like to get to 117 by June 15. That's only 3 lbs a week for 2 weeks.
