Yesterday lunch , I had buffalo chicken salad - I had ranch with it - 700 calories -
Last night, I had chicken, shrimp, and broccoli stirfry - 700 calories -
I rode my recumbent bike for 30 minutes watching or listening to 70's channel on direct tv - neat -
I drank 1 liter of coke no sugar - my vice , sorry -
I got up this morning and did 20 minutes of walking -
I weighed after that today -
I will make my weights daily reguardless -
Tonight ,I will read through all of posts supporting me and responding to me and I will respond back -
Go Green, and everyone not green persistence will pay off -

The only bad thing about green for me is that I am pretty sure I will need to reset and go back to red. Lol. Still it will be progress😊
