Batterijen in mijn weegschaal gedaan, die 85 waar ik mee ‘begon’ lijken dus niet te kloppen (gokje vorige week). Ik heb mijn intake (kcal en macro’s) gezet op 83kg. Let’s go!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
