i did well during the thanksgiving earthquake but underestimated the leftover tupperware tsunami which revived my craving for sweets and larger quantities
27.3% fat, 32.1% muscle
257.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
