Throat still really sore.. got lozenges from the pharmacy.. take every 3 hrs and they each have 1g sugar in
Yesterday I ate 2 tbsp ice cream 1tbsp smooth peanut butter 2 cornetto ( not the scratchy cones) 2tbsp ice cream I cheese slice ( melted on my tongue) Iced water
This morning I've turned the corner and was able to drink tea ; after iced water!!)🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Still sneezing and streaming with cold, but all is well in an Irish household if you have tea 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
So now for a nice hot bath, then I go to war with the ironing pile!!!
