Try not to fret about it, Poppy - although I know it's easier said than done. I think you'll find that once your back is healed and you've returned to work you'll start losing the pounds again. Have a nice restful day.

I'm now the same weight as I was on 23 May .. so 4 months of effort and not a lot to show for it
So I've done a salt water cleanse, as I'm so bloated and sluggish.. now waiting anxiously for the results (!) 😉
