okay yesterday was day 1 of phase 2 and I ate a honeybell orange last night. My weight was up today but I can't blame the orange....even though I felt sick after eating it as it was sooooo sweet and juicy. Today I will try and stick to the phase 1 and not add anything else into my day. Looking for a grilled chicken ceasar salad for lunch......
189.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

add something in the middle of the day...not at the beginning or end of the day...you system is more likely to handle it gracefully
