I have had better days - I slipped and had diet cranberry juice which is not allowed on Atkins Induction phase. However I felt it was still a healthy food choice. I drank 72 oz of water today and I did start exercising. I stayed under 20 carbs so that was good. I also tried a recipe which was a plus.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
