Just managed to make pancakes for my teenagers. I knew I wouldn't be able to resist the pancakes / maple syrup / blueberries. So I put on teeth whitening strips .. means I defo can't eat for the next hour or so! Success! Have to keep thinking up strategies so I don't sabotage myself like I always do

Love THAT coping strategy, whitening strips=no bad eat, great teeth! Not exactly sure your WOE but there is a recipe for LC "pancakes" that I like. Very simple-eggs/cream cheese. I use SF caramel on them...

Thank God I don't have to fix food for anyone other than my husband and myself. And since he just had surgery it's easy he eats what I place in front of him.
