A good loss! I was worried about going over the 500 calories when I discovered that Fatsecret puts 100g of chicken breast at 195 calories instead of 110. I feel confident I'm doing it right now.
130.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I used the calorie counts from David Wallace calorie counter. You can search it that way and it will come up. I'm almost 2 weeks into my 3 week maintenance and using this site to keep up daily on my calorie counts....I'm staying steady at 1850 calories a day. You can do it and any deprivations are well worth it at the end!..YAY HCG!
