No change in my weight. I think it is due to me not being consitant in my diet. I spent the last two weeks traveling so working out and eating right was not really possible. Since I dont have any travel plans for the next 60 days and I signed up at my gym for a 60 day weight loss challenge I hope to start making a differnce.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
