I had an itty bitty gain this week. :( Haven't been eating the best I could be. Pigged out all day Saturday, and all day Monday, so I'm not surprised.
Will do better this week. :) Still on track for making my November goal though!
Still was only able to run 4 times this week. Work has been super busy, so finding the time has been difficult. I'm switching running to the morning so that I have no excuse to not do it! :)
