YAY...DETOX IS OVER!!!
I couldn't be any happier. When I stepped on the scale this morning, I just about screamed (w/ joy). LOL!
This gives me all the motivation to keep going... I'm so glad I can start incorporating meet/seafood into my diet!!!
Thanks to everyone for the words of encouragment, I really appreciate it!
