Whew, held the weight, so relieved. just knew i'd messed up with all the traveling and company over the holiday. really tried to watch the portions and kept up the walking. now to get back to a regular daily plan. having this site has been a real help. thank you to those who accepted my buddy requests, feels like i don't have to do this alone and i appreciate it.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
