TGIF! Longest week ever for daylight savings time. yes, it's more daylight to exercise, right? that didn't happen, but eating is so much better/easier and I'm down 2 more! Results are so encouraging. ;) Have a great day!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
