Ate very bad Saturday n Sunday, just breakfast/ lunch Monday n ran at 8 pm n had a protein shake afterwards. Lost weight woo hoo!
143.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
