Lots of water, meat, mash n Mac for lunch, banana, no bad snacks. Pork green beans n shrimp chips for dinner. Increase protein!
144.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
