Wow, I lost the 5 lbs of vacation gain in 4 days instead of the 14 days I was guessing it would take. Maybe I need to lower my calorie target a bit to keep the weight coming off. The past few days I've been doing 2-300 calories lower than I usually aim for.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
