So I finally hit (over) a month sober from alcohol! Five weeks for ED :) I'm exceptionally proud of myself and trying my very hardest to focus on sobriety and health more than anything. The weight loss truly is an ancillary benefit (albeit a pretty significant one lol). As such, this small loss is still a welcome and exciting development. It's extremely rewarding to be feeling and looking my best. I'm so thrilled to be on this journey and thank you all for your enormous show of support on my last entry! You guys rock! Onward and upward, friends :D
