Hormonal weight, hormonal sadness. Literal sadness and despair. Heart isn't into walking right now as I may run into the person who stomped on my heart. Struggling a lot but this time I haven't shown it as much during work. I held it together until 5pm. Then drove around crying for 35 mins. Alas it will get better but sucks right now.
115.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you keeping it together at work. An old boss told me that when one's personal life is a wreck, putting your head down and getting really productive helps. (He had lost a child; I was betrayed by the man I thought was my future.) The advice worked. I got through the day, then the weeks & months. I even ended up earning more money and got ahead financially and started saving to buy my first condo -- something I hadn't envisioned. Before that, I'd been a drain on cleagues crying in the break room.
