OK horrified at my weight but everyone has to start somewhere. i went to a carvey for lunch so I'm sure there are more calories but I avoided the Yorkshire pudding, no stuffing and only two tiny roast potatoes. a mountain of veg so I'm still full hours later. diet coke instead of wine and dog walk to get to my 10k steps.... hopefully these small changes will add up!
174.8 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
